If you have noticed, builders are constructing new homes in our area. The value of some of these homes exceeds $500,000. This is great for our community. However, we must strive to improve the community and increase the value of our homes. Presently, our homes are selling below their market value. If an individual property is not cared for, it is reflected upon Grove Place subdivision, as a whole entity, not just that individual property; and as a result, the value depreciates. We can improve our neighborhood and increase our market value by keeping yards well kept. Please make sure your yard is properly cared for on a weekly basis. Fines are being imposed on those who have consistently received notices every year. We have beautiful homes - let us make an effort to maintain, or better yet, increase their values.
